Liza joined the team in May 2019 and brings a wealth of knowledge from over 20 years in the general insurance and benefits insurance arenas. Her experience is predominantly in the claims and governance areas, operating at both UK and global levels in highly regulated markets. Liza has taken up the FCA Senior Management Function role of Executive Director.

Vicky joined FirstPort Insurance Services in December 2020.


Debbie joined us in July 2015 after working for a local council for more than 15 years dealing with all matters insurance. With her very organised, analytical brain she quickly identified betterment of processes. Debbie looks after her own portfolio of clients as well as being the Compliance Manager with responsibility for ensuring we meet the requirements of our regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority.


Lynn joined FirstPort Insurance Services in 2009 coming from a background of over 30 years’ experience in a highly regulated financial services operation. She has taken on the responsibility for looking after a portfolio of clients and for ensuring new business enquiries are dealt with by providing advice and quotations. Her passion is to put the needs of her clients very much at the forefront of everything she does.


Tracie joined FirstPort Insurance Services in December 2003 and was quickly promoted to the role of Insurance Operations Manager. She is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis and, with over 30 years insurance experience gained mainly in the insurer market, also cares for the insurances of her own portfolio of clients as well as providing a level of support to the Senior Insurance Operations Manager.


Sharon joined the FirstPort Insurance Services team in December 2020 having worked within the insurance industry for 29 years. 16 years of that time Sharon has spent working within the commercial property sector and has her own portfolio of clients who she enjoys working alongside.


Sarah joined us in September 2015 and has 30 years industry experience as both a claims handler and loss adjuster. She started with a portfolio of clients before being promoted to Insurance Manager in charge of the claims team.  With both Charted Insurance and Chartered Loss Adjusting qualifications, her technical knowledge helps support both the team and our customers through the claim process.  Sarah oversees the corporate claims and works closely with insurers and the legal team on complex matters.


Vicki joined us in January 2019 after working for three years in the motor insurance trade. Vicki initially began working closely with the contents and claims team but now has a portfolio of commercial clients for whom she arranges a variety of insurance products for.


Zoe joined FirstPort Insurance Services in December 2020 having worked within the insurance industry for 4 years. Zoe came into insurance from a property lettings background and is enjoying working with her own portfolio of clients.


Lynn joined FirstPort Insurance Services in November 2010 after gathering 8 years of insurance industry experience. She is dedicated to giving a first-class service to our retirement clients who hold contents insurance with us, when they are setting up a policy, amending cover or making a claim. Lynn was nominated and won 2 WOW! Awards in October 2016, which is a fantastic achievement.


Yvonne joined the team in 2019 having four years’ experience as an incident, fraud and claims investigator.  Having previously worked for the FirstPort Group, we are pleased to welcome her back. Yvonne is enjoying learning her new role within the contents team and in particular speaking with our customers over the telephone.


Annette has over 25 years’ experience working in Insurance and Financial Services and joined us in October 2018.  Annette looks after Buildings, Contents, Development Managers Sickness, Engineering and Directors and Officers claims, providing a friendly approach when an incident occurs ensuring our clients experience a smooth and efficient conclusion to their claims.  Our clients appreciate the assistance and professional experience she brings to her role.  Annette is winner of two WOW awards in recognition of her customer service skills.


Michelle first joined the team in 2016.  After a short break away from the office she rejoined in 2020.  Michelle has over 20 years of insurance experience in the broking industry and has her own portfolio of clients who appreciate her knowledge and cheerful disposition.
