MANAGING DIRECTOR – Judi
Judi joined FirstPort Insurance Services in 1998. She has worked as an underwriter and insurance broker for all of her working life, working for both local brokers and international insurance brokers where she built up her passion for ensuring great customer service was provided to her clients. Judi is proud to head up a team of hardworking, dedicated individuals who share her passion.
SENIOR INSURANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER – Liza
Liza joined the team in May 2019 and brings a wealth of knowledge from over 20 years in the general insurance and benefits insurance arenas. Liza’s experience is predominantly in the claims and governance areas, operating at both UK and global levels in highly regulated markets. As part of her role here at FirstPort Insurance Services, Liza will be overseeing and managing the customer-facing insurance teams and working closely with Judi to ensure business and customer needs are met and exceeded.
FINANCE MANAGER – Paul
Paul joined FirstPort Insurance Services in February 2017 with a background of over 30 years’ accounting experience gained from financial services and investment banking operations. Over the past 10 years he has developed specific knowledge on the protection of Client Assets, and up until recently was the head of risk and compliance for a pensions company with £9bn of assets under management.
COMPLIANCE MANAGER – Debbie
Debbie joined us in July 2015 after working for a local council for more than 15 years dealing with all matters insurance. With her very organised, analytical brain she quickly identified betterment of processes. Debbie initially looked after her own portfolio of clients but has now moved to the Compliance Manager role with responsibility for ensuring we meet the requirements of our regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority.
SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – Lynn
Lynn joined FirstPort Insurance Services in 2009 coming from a background of over 30 years’ experience in a highly regulated financial services operation. She has taken on the responsibility for looking after a portfolio of clients and for ensuring new business enquiries are dealt with by providing advice and quotations. Her passion is to put the needs of her clients very much at the forefront of everything she does.
INSURANCE MANAGER – Tracie
Tracie joined FirstPort Insurance Services in December 2003 and was quickly promoted to the role of Insurance Operations Manager. She is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis and, with over 30 years insurance experience gained mainly in the insurer market, also cares for the insurances of her own portfolio of clients as well as providing a level of support to the Senior Insurance Operations Manager.
INSURANCE MANAGER – Sarah
Sarah joined us in September 2015 and has 30 years of industry experience as both a claims handler and a loss adjuster. She has taken responsibility for a portfolio of clients and finds the broker environment interesting and enjoyable and ensures she keeps busy by providing support for our Senior Insurance Operations Manager. Sarah enjoys nothing more than ensuring the day is filled with a bright smile.
INSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR – Lynn
Lynn joined FirstPort Insurance Services in November 2010 after gathering 8 years of insurance industry experience. She is dedicated to giving a first-class service to our retirement clients who hold contents insurance with us, when they are setting up a policy, amending cover or making a claim. Lynn was nominated and won 2 WOW! Awards in October 2016, which is a fantastic achievement.
INSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR – Vicki
Vicki joined us in January 2019. Although Vicki joined us with three year’s experience in the motor insurance trade, she has very quickly taken to the workings of home contents insurance and is thoroughly enjoying learning the ropes.
INSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR – Yvonne
Yvonne joined the team in 2019 having four years’ experience as an incident, fraud and claims investigator. Having previously worked for the FirstPort Group, we are pleased to welcome her back. Yvonne is enjoying learning her new role within the contents team and in particular speaking with our customers over the telephone.
INSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR – Annette
Annette joined us in October 2018, with over 20 years experience in Financial Services, 10 of those years were working for an insurance company. Annette provides excellent customer service when dealing with renewals and claims for the commercial side of the business.
INSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR – Jayne
Jayne has 14 years insurance experience and joined us in August 2015 to form a team with Lynn French to look after our retirement contents clients. She now looks after buildings claims ensuring when an incident occurs our clients experience a smooth and efficient conclusion to their claim. Our clients appreciate the assistance and understanding she brings to her role.
INSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR – Nicola
Nicola joined the team in April 2019, with 10 years of investment banking experience specialising as a compensation analyst and monitoring client accounts. Nicola comes to us with two years of experience in buildings and contents insurance from an insurers perspective and is enjoying her role in the buildings team, delivering excellent customer service.
Insurance Administrator – Helen
Helen joined us in June 2019 to look after buildings claims. She has 10 years experience of complex claims handling including Buildings, Contents, and Motor. Helen is dedicated to excellence in Customer Service and believes in providing a friendly and professional claims experience.
